Project Plan

Our consultants specify your exact software requirements and create a project plan to map out the development work required. It then becomes the responsibility of G6N to source the information required, allowing your staff to get on with day-to-day tasks.

Regular Meetings

Our project managers will arrange regular “sprint” meetings to measure progress and set short-term goals according to the overall project plan.

Dedicated Project Manager

The G6N project manager will keep you continually informed of progress and act as your point of contact throughout the entire project. For even more piece of mind all of our project managers are either PMP-ACP or SAFE certified.
